1. Service Description

MadSkilled provides Amazon sellers and agencies with advertising management tools including dayparting, campaign reporting, Marketing Stream integration, and related automation connected via official Amazon OAuth. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. User Accounts and Authorization

You must authorize MadSkilled via Amazon OAuth. You represent that you have the legal right to grant this authorization.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data through unauthorized means.
• Comply with all Amazon Seller Central and Advertising policies.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. MadSkilled processes Amazon data in compliance with the Amazon Data Protection Policy. MadSkilled is not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc.

5. Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms or Amazon policy breaches. You may disconnect and delete your account at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

MadSkilled is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for inaccuracies in Amazon data, loss of profits, or API downtime.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
