At MadSkilled, we are committed to protecting your data and maintaining transparency about how we handle information from our users and the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API).

Amazon Data Protection Compliance

MadSkilled strictly adheres to the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP). We implement the following security standards:

Encryption at Rest: All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Amazon data are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 algorithms.
Encryption in Transit: Data transmitted between Amazon, our servers, and your browser is secured using TLS 1.2 or higher (TLS 1.3 preferred).
Least Privilege: We only request access to SP-API scopes necessary for the operation of the dashboard.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our services. This includes:

Account Information: Name, email address, and company details provided during registration.
Amazon Integration Data: Data retrieved via SP-API including order history, inventory levels, and advertising performance metrics.
Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and usage patterns to ensure security and performance.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used solely to provide analytics and profitability insights. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties. Amazon data is used to calculate net margins, TACOS, and ROI as requested by the user.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

In accordance with the Amazon Data Protection Policy:

PII Retention: Personally Identifiable Information retrieved from Amazon (such as buyer names or addresses) is deleted within 30 days of receipt.
User Deletion: You may request the full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the "Account Settings" section or by contacting support@madskilled.com. Data is permanently purged from our backups within 72 hours of a deletion request.

4. Security Safeguards

We maintain a rigorous security program including:

Regular vulnerability scanning and third-party security audits.
Isolated data environments to prevent cross-tenant data access.
Strict internal logging and monitoring of all data access events.
