1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MadSkilled, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MadSkilled is an analytics platform for Amazon sellers. We provide SKU-level margin analysis and advertising attribution by connecting to the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and an authorized user of the Amazon seller account(s) you connect to MadSkilled.

4. Usage & Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MadSkilled complies with Amazon's Selling Partner API Developer Agreement and any other applicable Amazon policies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
