By accessing or using the MadSkilled platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

MadSkilled provides an analytics and reporting dashboard for Amazon sellers using data retrieved from the Amazon Selling Partner API and Advertising API. We do not provide financial, legal, or professional tax advice.

2. User Accounts and Authorization

To use our services, you must authorize MadSkilled to access your Amazon Seller Central account via the official Amazon OAuth flow. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to grant this authorization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the MadSkilled platform or Amazon’s APIs through unauthorized means.
Violate any policies, terms, or agreements you have with Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

4. Data Ownership and Compliance

You retain ownership of your data. MadSkilled processes your Amazon data in strict compliance with the Amazon Data Protection Policy. MadSkilled is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MadSkilled if you violate these terms or if your Amazon Seller Central account is suspended or terminated. You may disconnect your Amazon account at any time via the MadSkilled dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

MadSkilled is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in Amazon data, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused by API downtime or Amazon policy changes.

7. Compliance with Amazon Terms

Users must comply with all Amazon Seller Central and Advertising policies. MadSkilled will cooperate with Amazon during any security audits or investigations related to your account integration.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
